“Coordination and Management of Supports and Services (NCSET Capacity Building Institute)

A transcript of a Capacity Building Institute (CBI) that was sponsored by NCSET and the National Center for the Study of Postsecondary Educational Supports. It was held prior to the annual TASH conference. Participants increased their understanding of the issues surrounding the coordination of supports to improve the transition from secondary school to postsecondary school and employment for individuals with disabilities as they transition, networked with national leaders and other attendees on service coordination for youth with disabilities, contributed directly to the development of policy recommendations, and built skills and acquired new knowledge.Preparation of this report was supported by grant # H133B980043 from the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) and by cooperative agreement # H326J000005 in partnership with the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), U.S. Department of Education.
